Have you been practicing your Gaelic Irish phrases? Or have you just been watching scenes from Snatch? One phrase you should learn before next weekend is, Dhá phionta le do thoil. If you’re successful with the delivery, kindly leave one of the above at the bandstand as it’ll be welcomed by most band members, should it pass the horn section of course! SLÁINTE!
YES! We’re back at the Sewing Room next Saturday night as we’ll be celebrating St. Paddy’s Day! WARNING: We’re expecting to reach next level craic, exceeding what would normally be 11 on the Marshall stack!
INFO // Doors open from 7.00pm. We hit the stage from 8.30pm so there’s plenty of time to arrive, settle in and have a drink before the show. DJ Clem-in-time returns and will be spinning some R&B and Northern Soul hits from 7.00pm. Dress up in your best green attire. We’ll choose the Best Dressed to join us up on stage to show of their tambourine skills!
Please note: The Sewing Room has a nightclub licence, it’s a legal requirement that anyone entering the venue has photo ID.
